The Rho Xi Uplift and Building Foundation (RXUBF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization with the mission to grow, preserve and prudently manage financial resources for education, leadership development and charitable programs. RXUBF was founded in 1997 with the ultimate goal of narrowing the opportunity gap by building awareness for educational attainment and increasing the total number of college graduates in our community. Since being founded, the Rho Xi Uplift and Building Foundation has provided annual scholarships to graduating high school seniors in efforts to assist with the monumental leap into college. RXUBF is committed to uplifting and building the future, one leader at a time.
